Wales Tours

Wales - The land of peaks and valleys

Wales… CYMRU… a small land of hills, mountains and once industrial valleys. A nation proud of its history and determined to guard its own unique inheritance. A people with their own culture with many still speaking its own distinct tongue - Welsh - or 'Cymraeg' as the 'Cymro' or Welshman might say. A land littered by castles and forts - remnants of battles of independence with their Anglo Saxon neighbours.

This is a land of contrast, the scenic north and west to the industrial south and east. The Christian heritage of Patrick and David to the magic of Merlin. The mountains of Snowdonia to the industrial lowlands.

One thing never changes and that is the love of song that the Welsh have, this is the land of the mighty choirs, and we all know some of the international renowned singers who are from Wales. To hear a Welsh Male Voice Choir is a real treat, their love for singing becomes infectious. It seems that everyone is a talented singer.
